When you apply for a role through this portal, we collect the information you provide directly — including your name, email address, phone number, resume/CV, and any other details you submit as part of your application.

We may also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, solely to maintain the security and performance of this site.

Your information is used exclusively to evaluate your application, communicate with you about the hiring process, and maintain records of our recruitment activity.

We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Your application data is accessible only to members of the Convrse Spaces hiring team who are directly involved in the recruitment process.

We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as our applicant tracking system) solely to facilitate the recruitment process. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the stated purpose.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your data for up to 12 months in case a suitable role becomes available, after which it will be securely deleted.

If you are hired, your data will be transferred to your employee record and retained in accordance with applicable employment law.

You may also withdraw your application and request removal of your data from our systems at any stage of the process.
